To update the theme, you have to download the new version at ThemeForest – log in there with your existing account and click on the “Downloads” tab:

The following steps depend on your Moodle version:
Go to option “Administration” > “Site administration” > “Plugins” > “Install plugins” and upload the corresponding installation file for your Moodle version there – that’s all!
Block update: Upload and replace all block folders into yoursite/block/ folder.
All saved settings are stored in the Moodle database, and it ensures that no data will get deleted.
Important note: Make sure you take a backup before making any edits on the PHP or the CSS files.
