Receptionist Admin

The Receptionist Module is used to manage all receptionist records within the system. It provides functionality to add, edit, view, and delete receptionist information.

Features

1. Receptionist List

  • Displays a complete list of all registered receptionists.
  • Provides quick access to actions such as Edit and Delete.
  • Allows the creation of new receptionist records by clicking the Add Receptionist button.

2. Add Receptionist

  • Opens a form to register a new receptionist.
  • All mandatory fields must be completed.
  • After entering the details, click the Save button at the bottom to store the record.

3. Edit Receptionist

  • Enables modification of an existing receptionist’s details.
  • Accessed by clicking the Edit button in the action column.

4. Delete Receptionist

  • Permanently removes a receptionist’s record from the system.
  • Triggered by clicking the Delete button in the action column.
  • Requires confirmation to prevent accidental deletions.
