After activating all of the plugins and import demo data, if WooCommerce pages go to double you need to delete duplicate pages and set shop pages to the primary menu manually. If the pages do not go to double then you only set up the WooCommerce pages to the menu.

Please follow the below process.

1. Go to your dashboard pages. Here you can see Cart, Checkout, My account and Shop pages are double like the below screenshot.

2. Please delete the marked four Cart, Checkout, My account and Shop pages following the screenshot

After deleting the pages you need to set the pages into theme primary menu. Go to your dashboard Appearance -> Menus

Please remove all marked pages from your primary menu

Then add the WooCommerce Pages to the Menu

Then drag and drop the pages under Shop

Hit the Save Menu button.
